Security BondFor all tenancy agreements regardless of accommodation property or room type you are living, a one-month rental security bond is required. Tenant bond will withhold until the end of the lease, if nothing has been broken or damaged in any ways that include: walls, tables, study lamps, donna set and all other house original items, both electronics and furniture. However, if damages are found, this will be used to repair the damages. The bond will be returned at the end of the lease after the tenant returns the house key in original conditions and list of the above items are also in original conditions. Tenant needs to take his/her own responsibilities to keep the room, bathroom, toilet, and all kitchen sharing items clean and neat.
